Great App Keep going ^_^

Nice workout app

Simple, almost no-brainer. Keep it that way ! The translation is funny sometimes, and it is more like 8 minutes workout in total including the 15" breaks (which are short but its fine).

Great to concentrate on the exercises itself

Great App to fully concentrate on the right doing of the exercises without worring about how long to exercise or what is next. But only 4 stars because the statistics could be a bit more graphically (diagramm of exercises in the week)

I thought it would Be like 8 min ab (which i love) with a Video. what r those pictures supposed to Be? i dont Know how to Do the exercises! what a waste of 99cents! lol

Missing iOS integration

Nicely designed but does not cooperate with the health app (nor synchronize days of continuous workouts across devices)

Background Volume

It would be great if the Tick-Volume(Background) could be changed seperately. Ist a good App!!

So intuitive!

Compared with others, this is outstanding! The best function is you can choose the real person instruction while working out! Most of others do not have this function, they just simply show a picture... But this app give every details with real person instruction! One advice to developers, you should show your real male/female model as default not silhouette, so That people can feel its advance!

7 minute workout

You dont always think you have enough time for a workout; but, you can always find 7 min. And, if you put enough effort into it, youll get a workout!

Simple & quick

Its a good, quick blast of activity that, I think, hits the high points in terms of being a high-intensity, full-body workout. What it lacks in variety it makes up, so far, in simplicity.

Outstanding app
